Muslim Headscarves

Women from the Muslim community in Kamala, wearing hijab.

This group, in Kamala, makes hijab - the headscarf that most Muslim women in Thailand wear when they are out and about. The scarves may be plain, or they may be decorated with sequins or appliqué motifs.

The PCF made them a grant of B15,000 for sewing equipment, but they need another B19,000. To help them, you can either donate money for equipment or materials or, if you are in a Muslim market, you could buy some of their products.
