Training over the five days also included an accounting course provided by the Phuket Cooperative Auditing Office. Accountant and auditor Suda Ruangpongsrisuk taught the ladies the basics of managing their money and simple accounting procedures.

Our winner, thanks to the Gazette

Tom Fekete (right) with PCF Director Janyaporn Morel, his tickets and - of course - a couple of ducks.
Long-time Phuket resident Tom Fekete visited the Phuket Community Foundation offices recently to pick up the prize he won in the Phuket Gazette‘s online “Do You Know?” competition.
The competition featured a picture of the PCF’s 2009 Rubber Duck Race, with the question, “What is this?” Tom was the first to leap onto his keyboard and give the right answer.
As a result he received 10 tickets to back ducks in the 2011 Dream Gallery Great Phuket Rubber Duck Race, which takes place on January 23, 2011, at Laguna Phuket, as part of the PCF’s fabulous Race Day.
